SKATEBOARDING MUCH?

You into skate videos? I love skate videos. It has everything: cool people with mad skills, kick ass songs, dynamic video editing. I used to worship them so much. I still have a lot of respect today when I think about skaters like Andrew Reynolds or Marc Johnson. These guys inspired me.

Andrew Reynolds - Birdhouse "The End" (youtube link)
2nd song: Portishead - Undenied

Marc Johnson - Girl "Yeah Right!" (youtube link)

Nike cooked a brand new skate vid for you, it's called DEBACLE, and you can watch it online or even download the whole thing for free. The HD version is available on their site, just follow the link.

SHARING SPACE SECRETS

There it is, the next song that's gonna be playing on repeat in my playlist. Introducing Cavaliers of Fun, Secret Galaxies has to be the best feel-good song I've encounter these past monthes. A bit like Empire of The Sun's "Walking on a Dream", except it's a little more smooth and the New Order fan in me really appreciate that. Loveliness.

Remember when The Teenagers were all over the place? If you feel nostalgic and miss them, I got a good news. Cavaliers of Fun, on top of knowing secrets about space, can travel though time and make The Teenagers your favorite band agaon with this super sweet remix.

Cavaliers of Fun - Secret Galaxies
The Teenagers - Feeling Better (Cavaliers of Fun Remix)

TAKING YOU BACK TO VICE CITY

That is correct, y'all 80s disco mafioso wannabes, I offer you a one way ticket to the paradise of coke & sun known as Vice City. How important was the music in Vice? Basically giving life to the city itself. Sweet moves at the Malibu club, "no way to controool iiit" or banging tunes on the radio of your freshly stolen sport cars. Between all the music the city kept broadcasting on its various radios, you must remember FLASH FM, right?

Ever wonder what happened there since you left Vice back in 1986? No? Well neither do I, but I was curious when Teki (Flash FM's new host) sent me this soundtrack! It's now 1989, 3 years have passed since your epic adventures with porn star Candy Suxxx & partner in crime Lance Vance. Does Flash still got it? Is the charm still workin its magic? Well, dont take my word for it, be the judge and see for yourself!

Boys Meet Girls - Waiting For A Star To Fall
Futurecop! - Starworshipper
The Go-Go's - Head Over Heals
Pamala Stanley - Coming Out Of Hiding
Ghosthustler - Someone Elses Ride
Michael Jackson - Smooth Criminal
Olivia Newton-John - Twist Of Fate
Cindy Lauper - Girls Just Want To Have Fun
The Tubes - She's A Beauty
Miami Horror - Don't Be on With Her
Madonna - Lucky Star
Amy Holland - Turn Out The Light
Mötley Crüe - Kickstart My Heart
Lets Get Invisible - The Jump Back
Kenny Loggins - I'm Free (Franklean Remix)
Power Station - Some Like It Hot

As you can see, only a few tracks are available through direct download. Why? Because I highly recommend you to download the whole thing instead of picking a few songs randomly. That's the best way to enjoy the playlist. The zip file also includes a huge ass Full HD wallpaper for your PC or PS3.

Flash FM 1989 FULL DOWNLOAD (26 tracks)
Flash FM 1989 (one shot version) (same but one big single mp3 file)

This is a gift for all the Vice City fans, GTA fans and 80s cheesy/meaningful tunes lovers. Add Flash FM to your friends if you wanna be cool.

BO-BO-BO-BONUS TRRRRACKS! (heard on Flash FM in 1986)

Hall & Oates - Out of Touch
Wang Chung - Dance Hall Days

Easy on the coke kids, Love. <3

LOTS OF STUFF

OMG!! ONE MONTH AND A HALF! WHERE HAVE I BEEN?? PERU? JUPITER? YOUR BASEMENT? How can I make it up to you? mmm... I know. A good selection of the latest stuff I been listening to! Including a brand new futurecop track and some remixes by breakbot and the twelves!

Plenty of good stuff. Love that Matthew Dear track!

Futurecop! - Boom!
Matthew Dear - Deserter
Peter Bjorn And John - It Don't Move Me
Frankmusik - Made Her Smile
Annie - Anthonio (Designer Drugs Remix)
Yuksek - Extraball (Breakbot Remix)
Van She - Strangers (Yuksek Remix)
Fires of Rome - Set in Stone (M83 Remix)
Van She - Kelly (M83 Remix)
Polly Scattergood - Please Don't Touch (The Golden Filter Remix)

For some reason remix of The Tough Alliance reminds me of Whigfield. You dont remember Whigfield? How many times did I listen to Saturday Night back in the days! Cheap 90s house music used to rob my heart and soul. Kinda funny how it was so meaningful to me. Funny also how all the hits from one artist are actually the same songs with different words, and 2 different notes. Wait... what did she just say? "I need you inside me tonight"? WHAAAT?

The Tough Alliance - A New Chance (Tanlines Remix)
Whigfield - Saturday Night
Whigfield - Another Day
Whigfield - Think of You
Whigfield - Sexy Eyes

Now an avalanche of remixes by The Twelves! I also gotta post the original because even The Twelves can not improve this gem! I was surprised to come across their Fleet Foxes remix. I mean it's not a band you'd expect to be remixed, electro style. Fleet Foxes makes me think of lord of the rings, I had to say that. The Twelves have done quite good I must say. La Roux remix is especially hot.

A-Ha - Take On Me (The Twelves Remix)
A-Ha - Take On Me
La Roux - In For The Kill (The Twelves Remix)
Fleet Foxes - White Winter Hymnal (The Twelves Remix)
Metric - Help I'm Alive (The Twelves Remix)
Cobra Dukes - Leave the Light On (The Twelves Remix)
Radiohead - There There (The Twelves Remix)
The BPA - He's Frank (The Twelves Remix)

Their own productions can be as good as their remixes.

The Twelves - When You Talk
The Twelves - Works For Me

And for the curious people out there.

Fleet Foxes - Mykonos
Fleet Foxes - Blue Ridge Mountains

I'm out for now. I promess next post will be soon, including real cool projects I'm woking on! Let me know if any link doesnt work, it's been a lot of things to post!
